Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering a full range of general office services which include but are not limited to office replenishment/refreshments, office furniture and equipment maintenance, vendor management and office cleanliness
- Responsible for providing a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Liaise and cooperate with internal and external parties
- Assist in organising staff activities such as team building events
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
- Excellent strong sense of responsibility and organisation skills
- Efficient, attention to detail and energetic
- Independent, self-motivated, team player
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
