Admin Officer/ Administrative Assistant/ Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering a full range of general office services which include but are not limited to office replenishment/refreshments, office furniture and equipment maintenance, vendor management and office cleanliness
  • Responsible for providing a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Liaise and cooperate with internal and external parties
  • Assist in organising staff activities such as team building events
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel
  • Excellent strong sense of responsibility and organisation skills
  • Efficient, attention to detail and energetic
  • Independent, self-motivated, team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
