Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate’s qualifications, reference check etc.
  • Handling data entry process on management system
  • Assist in all-rounded office administration such as office equipment’s, filing, company calendar, meeting schedules are updated
  • Ad hoc duties and assignments as and required by management

Requirements:

  • Within 1-3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication and typing skills in English and Cantonese
  • Independent, excellent detail-orientated, proactive working attitude
  • Critical attention-to-details, organised and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential matters
