Admin Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities:

  • Office admin and clerical support
  • Taking care of office maintenance including computer, printer, coffee machine, air-con, etc.
  • Property management support including issuing monthly invoice, statement, handling complaints, maintenance and renewal of tenancy
  • Cheque payment for regular expenses
  • Assist in company secretarial matters include BR and Annual Return renewal
  • Book-keeping of company accounts
  • HR support including MPF, salary payment, contracts and expenses
  • Occasional Personal Assistant job duties
  • Respond to customers enquiries and emails
  • Support on ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Independent, able to solve problems and handle task independently
  • Pro-active, responsive, attention-to-detail, excellent organisation skills and reliable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge in PC application (MS Word, Excel)
