Responsibilities:
- Office admin and clerical support
- Taking care of office maintenance including computer, printer, coffee machine, air-con, etc.
- Property management support including issuing monthly invoice, statement, handling complaints, maintenance and renewal of tenancy
- Cheque payment for regular expenses
- Assist in company secretarial matters include BR and Annual Return renewal
- Book-keeping of company accounts
- HR support including MPF, salary payment, contracts and expenses
- Occasional Personal Assistant job duties
- Respond to customers enquiries and emails
- Support on ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Independent, able to solve problems and handle task independently
- Pro-active, responsive, attention-to-detail, excellent organisation skills and reliable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Good knowledge in PC application (MS Word, Excel)
